Stainless Steel Pepper Grinder
The Stainless Steel Pepper Grinder is a large-scale seasoning crushing and powdering machine. With high output and efficient crushing performance, it is commonly used in seasoning and food factories. This grinder primarily utilizes high-speed rotating crushing claws to pulverize peppercorns. The fineness of the grind can be adjusted by changing the screen mesh. It can be used to crush and powder various spices, earning it the nickname “universal grinder.”

The Stainless Steel Pepper Grinder is a commercial-grade grinder made from 304 stainless steel. It consists of a feed inlet, crushing chamber, V-belt, belt guard, motor, and discharge outlet. It can be used as a standalone unit or equipped with a single cyclone for dust removal, or a pulse dust removal system. It can also be integrated with mixers, elevators, and packaging machines to form a production line. The grinder operates by using fixed and movable crushing claws rotating at high speeds to pulverize materials. First, the raw materials to be crushed are poured into the feed inlet, which has a baffle to control the feeding speed and prevent overfeeding that could damage the machine. The crushed material passes through a screen mesh and is blown by a fan to the discharge outlet. A wind-proof discharger is installed above the outlet, minimizing wind and dust during discharge.
The Stainless Steel Pepper Grinder features powerful crushing blades that rotate at high speeds, ensuring a uniform grind, and it is suitable for both dry and wet materials. The machine door is equipped with a sealing ring, preventing powder leakage during operation, increasing output, and ensuring safety and environmental friendliness. It can be fitted with a self-suction pipe, auger, or belt conveyor for feeding, enabling fast and even feeding and high crushing efficiency. The base features a thickened frame with an adjustable motor mount for enhanced stability.
The Stainless Steel Pepper Grinder is suitable for:
Black pepper, white pepper, allspice, rosemary, nutmeg, cinnamon, fennel seeds, cloves, coriander seeds, bay leaves, cardamom, chili peppers, Sichuan peppercorns, star anise, cumin, Chinese prickly ash, spices, green peppercorns, bell peppers, nutmeg, atractylodes, angelica, dried ginger, turmeric, Chinese yam, dried tangerine peel, licorice root, poria cocos, ginseng, platycladus orientalis leaves, among other medicinal herbs. It can also crush grains such as wheat, corn, rice, barley, hulless barley, glutinous rice, soybeans, mung beans, black beans, red beans, etc.

Usage and Maintenance of the Stainless Steel Pepper Grinder:Loading Pepper: Use dry, high-quality peppercorns for the best flavor. Do not overfill; leave some space for grinding to prevent clogging.
Cleaning: Never immerse the entire unit or rinse it directly with water, as this may allow water to enter the internal grinding mechanism and adjustment parts. The correct method is to empty any remaining peppercorns and wipe the interior and exterior with a soft, dry cloth or small brush, or use an air pump to blow it clean. For stubborn stains, use a slightly damp cloth and dry immediately.Removing Build-up: After prolonged use, pepper oils may cause caking inside. Place a small amount of coarse salt or raw rice into the grinder and run it; the abrasive action will help clean the interior.Storage:Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
