Chicken Wing Marinating Mixer
The Chicken Wing Marinating Mixer is a large stainless steel drum mixer. It can replace manual labor for mixing chicken wings, seasonings, and oil. This mixer uses a gravity-fed mixing action that does not damage the raw materials and ensures a homogeneous mix. It is a commonly used mixer in food processing plants. A single batch can mix from several tens of kilograms to several tons. The size of the mixer can be selected according to needs or customized. It is generally used for mixing granular materials, irregular materials, and dry-wet mixed materials.

The Chicken Wing Marinating Mixer utilizes a rotating motion. The materials inside the drum tumble upwards and downwards, diffuse, and shear under the combined action of gravity, centrifugal force, and friction, thereby achieving the purpose of uniform mixing. It mixes in forward rotation and discharges in reverse rotation. The most important point is that this mixer does not damage the raw materials during the mixing process. The mixing action is gentle, and cleaning is very convenient. The feed inlet can be designed as a square or arc-shaped opening, with different choices for different raw materials. The discharge outlet can be open or sealed; a sealed discharge can be chosen if dust generation is a concern. It can also be equipped with a spray function or a heating function according to requirements. For heavier mixing materials, a gear ring transmission is recommended for strong, non-slip power.

The Chicken Wing Marinating Mixer is made of 304 stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant, acid-resistant, and alkali-resistant, making it suitable for mixing corrosive food ingredients. Being constructed from stainless steel, it is chemically stable and will not react with materials to contaminate the product, ensuring product purity and quality. The feeder can be equipped with a belt conveyor for feeding or directly designed as a hopper-type stainless steel drum mixer feeder, which saves labor and increases production efficiency.

Usage and Maintenance of the Chicken Wing Marinating Mixer:
- Standardized Operation: Do not overload operation; follow the equipment’s rated capacity.
- Regular Inspection: Regularly check the lubricating oil of the gear reducer and the wear of transmission parts (such as gears and belts).
- Timely Cleaning: Clean promptly after each batch of material mixing is completed to prevent cross-contamination and material buildup.
- Safety Notice: Do not put hands or tools into the drum while the equipment is running. Power must be cut off and a warning sign must be hung during maintenance.
